1. What is incuded in the delivered package​​
Included in the package is a PDF containing a page by page visual takeoff summary, a PDF material list and vendor quote sheet, and Excel file with all estimated scope items.​

2. What do we need to commence work on the estimate?
In the required initial consultation, we will request the following; access to the latest set of plans, any relevant RFIs, Specifications book, GC instructions to bidders, and our bid form completed and turned back into us. ​

Before release of final package, a signed liability release will need to be returned to us. A fillable copy will be sent with the quote.

3. How much does it cost?​
Pricing for our estimates is entirely dependent on the size of the project, scope involved, schedule of the estimate, etc..​

4. What estimating software do you use?
We use On-Screen takeoff and Quick-Bid for our estimates. We also use Bluebeam for PDFs and Excel​

5. Do you offer continued support after the initial package is delivered?
Yes, we offer one additional revision to the original estimate included in the original fee to be used at the client's discretion, and we also are able to provide continued estimation services throughout the life of the project for additional, negotiable fees. ​
